About Dominique Lockhart
As part of the land use team, Dominique brings strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and knowledge of development to help clients work through issues and develop effective solutions. Prior to joining McNamee Hosea, P.A., Dominique served as a Planner III with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“M-NCPPC”). At M-NCPPC, Dominique assumed responsibilities as a case reviewer for Urban Design and Zoning cases in the Development Review section of the Prince George’s County Planning Department.
Dominique also has a Master’s of Urban Planning degree from the University of Virginia, and has received the reputable AICP certification issued by the American Planning Association, which recognizes a planner’s commitment to high standards of knowledge, competence, and ethics.
When outside of the office, Dominique enjoys hiking, visiting museums, and spending time with family.
