About Carly Hviding Landolfi

Carly is an associate attorney in McNamee Hosea’s Annapolis office, where she represents clients in a range of litigation, land use, and administrative law matters.  With a strong foundation in appellate analysis, regulatory review, and civil dispute resolution, Carly approaches each matter with precision, practicality, and a commitment to client service.  The foundation of her approach when representing her clients is careful research, open communication, and clear explanations.

Carly has a range of legal and policy experience working in federal, state, and local government. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced municipal law at a private law firm, and she previously worked at the Supreme Court of Maryland as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Brynja Booth, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jonathan Biran.  Carly also worked in the Maryland Governor’s Office as a Special Assistant, and for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee as a Law Clerk to ranking member Chuck Grassley. Carly incorporates her unique experience when advising clients on how to navigate administrative and regulatory issues.

Carly is a member of the Maryland Bar and the US District Court for the District of Maryland.  Carly has represented clients in many matters in the Maryland appellate courts.  Her reported cases include: In re Foster Farm, No. 25, Sept. Term, 2024 (S. Ct. Md. July 30, 2025); Matter of Lewis, 262 Md. App. 32 (2024); Matter of Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Inc., 264 Md. App. 107 (2024).
